OOTM/STYLE BOX RETURNS -

If you would like to return or exchange an item from your box, please contact victoria@sustainablestylist.co.uk and send to;

2/2 116 Beith Street, Glasgow, G11 6HB.

Clients are responsible for return costs. Once the goods are received and checked for quality purposes, then an exchange or refund will be arranged per your request.

OOTM SUBSCRIPTION TERMS OF SERVICE -

Cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel and have paid for the next box already you will still receive the package. The cut-off for the month is 12pm on the 1st of the month. If you purchase after that you will receive the items the following month. Upgrade/Downgrade subscription at any time. Please email victoria@sustainablestylist.co.uk to do so. If you would like to return an item please email the above to arrange and agree upon either a replacement or upgrade on the next cycle. Subscribers are entitled to 6 swaps per 12 months.

STYLE BOX TERMS OF SERVICE -

The box will be sent as soon as agreed upon. Buyers are welcome to liaise with Victoria to agree upon items sent. Returns are paid for by the sender with no refund for the postage.

WARDROBE EDIT TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment of 2hrs deposit is payable upon booking. Time after the initial 2 hours will be invoiced upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable and rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the appointment. If the appointment is missed or you choose to reschedule after the 48-hour time limit the deposit will be lost and will need to be re-payed.
